All prices are in Canadian currencies. Taxes and transport extra. F.O.B. our plant. All prices are suggested retail prices and are effective as of February 1, 2012 to January 31, 2013. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Pantone (PMS) color match: Free. Offered on white items only. We will try to get the closest possible to your color.

Preproduction sample: 50.00$ (G) per color, per side for our standard products. For custom-made products, prices will be given upon request.

Quantity less than minimum: 40.00$ (G) per color, per side. Not less than half of the smallest quantity listed in the catalogue. For custom-made products, prices will be given upon request.

Art specifications

We require camera ready art (artwork that can be digitally scanned without any preparation or changes). Artwork must be vectorized (converted to curves or outlines).

We accept artwork by e-mail. File formats accepted:

- EPS files (.eps)
- Adobe Illustrator CS5 (.ai) or lower
- Adobe Photoshop CS5 (.psd) or lower
- CorelDRAW X3 (.cdr) or lower

Please be advised that artwork fees will be charged if artwork is not supplied or if artwork supplied does not meet our specifications.


Orders

Our products can only be sold by distributors. For all your orders, please contact your local distributor.

We do not assume responsibility for hand-written orders or phones order that has been misinterpreted.

Only written cancellations will be accepted, provided that the distributor assumes payment for work already done by the cancellation date.


Plain items

Use end quantity pricing for items ordered without imprint. Minimum: 75.00$ per order.


Quantity shipped

We always ship the exact quantity otherwise you will be notified before shipping.


Delivery

Unless otherwise specified, orders will be sent by FedEx ground. We do not assume responsibility for delays due to the carrier or any other circumstances out of our control.


Claims

All claims must be received within 20 days from shipping date.


Payment

Net 30 days. For new accounts or for accounts without approved credit, a cheque covering the full amount must be sent with the order. Visa and MasterCard accepted.


Custom-made products

Prices and production time will be given upon request.


Miscellaneous

We reserve the right to use all products ordered for illustration purposes in our catalogue, web site or trade shows unless otherwise specified on your order.


Vacation

We are opened during all summer. We will be closed from December 22, 2012 to January 3, 2013 for the Holidays.
