Prices

All prices are in Canadian currencies.

Taxes and transport not included. Prices include one color imprint on one side unless otherwise specified.

All prices listed above are suggested retail prices and are effective as of February 1, 2010 to January 31, 2011. Prices are subject to change without notice.


Additional charges

Set up charge: Free.

Copy change: 45.00$ (G) per color, per side.

Color change: 30.00$ (G) per color, per side.

Pantone imprint color: No charge. Offered on white plastic only. We will try to match your color.

Plastic color: Many colors available at no charge on standard products, minimum quantity required: 5000 units.

Individual packaging: Prices upon request.

Paperproof: Free.

Preproduction sample: 45.00$ (G) per color, per side for our standard products. For custom-made products, prices will be given upon request.

Quantity less than minimum: 40.00$ (G) per color, per side. Not less than half of the smallest quantity listed in the catalogue. For custom-made products, prices will be given upon request.


Camera-ready-artwork

If you do not supply camera-ready-artwork or if touch-up on artwork is required, artwork charges will be invoiced to you even if only typesetting is required.

We accept artwork sent by e-mail. The graphic programs we use are Corel Draw X3, Illustrator CS4 for PC. If you are a Mac user, save file as Illustrator 6 for PC with an .ai extension, with name of 8 characters or less and convert file to curves. If you are a PC user, we can accept .cdr, .ai, and .eps in 300 dpi or greater. In both cases, the colors must be separated.


4 color process

Available on some items only. Minimum quantity required: 1000 units. Contact us for more information.


Orders

Our products can only be sold by authorised distributors. For all your orders, please contact your local distributor of advertising specialties.

Orders will not be accepted by phone. You must send your orders in writing. We assume no responsibility if a hand-written order is misinterpreted. Please have your ad copy typewritten.


Unprinted items

Use end quantity pricing.


Repeat order

Please send a copy of the previous ad copy and indicate any changes if applicable.


Over-runs and under-runs

We always ship the exact quantity otherwise you will be notified before shipping.


Cancellations or changes

Only written cancellations will be accepted, provided that the distributor assumes payment for work already done by the cancellation date.


Claims

All claims must be received within 20 days from date of receipt or order. No return will be accepted without our permission.


Delivery

Unless otherwise specified, orders will be sent by FedEx ground unless otherwise specified on your purchase order. We are not responsible for delays due to the carrier.


Terms of payment

Net 30 days. For new accounts or for accounts without approved credit, a cheque covering the full amount must be sent with the order. Visa and MasterCard accepted.

Miscellaneous

We reserve the right to use all products for illustration purpose in our catalogue or in exhibition unless otherwise specified on your order.
